HALUP: The Encounter accepts the following payment methods for retreat registration:

Payment Plans
Guests using a Cash App payment plan must pay their balance in full by September 1, 2026.
If the full balance is not received by that date, registration may be canceled and the reserved space may be forfeited.
Refund Policy
Because retreat planning includes advance costs for lodging, meals, materials, and event coordination, the following refund policy applies:
On or before September 1, 2026: Full refund minus a $125 administrative fee
September 2, 2026 through October 15, 2026: 50% refund of the amount paid
After October 15, 2026: No refund
Important
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to thecumizone@gmail.com. A request is not considered valid until it has been received and confirmed by the event organizers.
If HALUP: The Encounter is canceled by the host or organizing team, all participants will receive a full refund of payments made.
